company is headquartered in Tampa, FL with a regional office in the National Capital Region (NCR).

CHALLENGE

Ardent Eagle Solutions started out without an official HR professional and knew they needed some help. EVP & Founding Partner Jason Lipton wore many hats and was trying to handle most of the HR duties himself. He acknowledged that he needed a professional HR team to give him guidance and assist him with company policies, procedures, and overall HR Strategy to allow him to focus on growing the business.
